cdrom is a viable option to perform a unattended installation of modern versions of Windows (as Vista+). Knowing that, let's give the consumers of libosinfo the chance to decide whether they'll stick to using floppy (as they current are) or to switch to using cdrom, which may reduce the complexity of their code.
