The changes in the commit message or in the language-map?

As I mentioned previously, the images are not the same. If I want to
test a specific app, It might be included in the Mexican version and
not in the Guatemalan, even though both share the same language.

I think so. Leandro Stanger is involved with Endless and has filed
issues such as https://gitlab.com/libosinfo/osinfo-db/issues/7 and he
has been testing Boxes in EndlessOS and EndlessOS in Boxes. The
reasoning is that it is the only hypervisor they have in their OS
because of its Flatpak nature.
