Tested here and this problem also happens with Windows 8 and is caused
by commit 57b459e09.
I have a fix and will send it up with the rest of the series.

Worth to mention that Windows 8 seems to be as broken as Windows 8.1
and that we will need to introduce variants and do more or less the
same work done for having the Windows 8.1 installer working. However,
it's not related to this series and will be addressed later for a
coming series ...

I'll send the v5 of this series and, hopefully, let's have it upstream
and try to not focus on issues not directly related to the series
itself.
