Given that the spec file has:

%if 0%{?fedora} >= 19 || 0%{?rhel} >= 7
%define with_udev 0
%endif

ACK. I suspect the .spec.in bits in the initial patch needs to be
updated though (to remove the bit I quoted above for example).
