Add some OSes already present in virt-manager In this version, I have changed "is-snapshot" to be an empty element instead of it having a text. In the meanwhile Ubuntu Saucy Salamander was released so I've changed it. I added another patch, from the previous version, to mark Ubuntu 13.04 as released.
