It will look especially bad if in the UI we ask users if they want unattended install and then take steps that needs user input before the installation is really complete. One approach I tried before this was to copy the binary to C drive and setup registry keys to run it as first login but I failed get it to work. If we can make that to work, I'm all for it but breaking unattended install is not an option for me.
