Yeah, we really just write out configuration file for the chronyd and
make the service enabled. So you'd need to copy the configuration
somehow and you may try to add '-chrony' to the %packages section. That
should prevent chronyd from being installed and systemd should pick up
the right NTP service automatically. Or at least as far as the theory
goes...
