How would you write a pre
script that queried the user? Kickstart just runs pre scripts, and

Is there way to do this? the system-config-kickstart tool seems to always want to specify a device.I think this could be accomplished using a pre script that asks the user which device they wish to install to, then builds a partition configuration file using that information which is then added to the kickstart with a %include statement. - -- Kyle Powell | Red Hat | Senior Consultant, RHCE -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.7 (GNU/Linux) Comment: Using GnuPG with Fedora - http://enigmail.mozdev.org iD8DBQFKJU7C7pTtanQdBU4RAux9AKCAFHotFr6MMGPm7EDtK/E0D3MhZQCdHyvu dJZkLAxHEqvkP7aGhX1PZZ4= =Y3br -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- _______________________________________________ Kickstart-list mailing list Kickstart-list@xxxxxxxxxx https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/kickstart-list |
