Cobbler can take care of generating these things for you to help prevent problems like this...

(I believe Fedora Hosted is still down presently ... check back tomorrow if so... and read the "ManageDhcp" article under User Docs)

In any case, "Non Working" means many things and it's helpful to define what "non-working" means to you as someone is unlikely to be copying and pasteing your DHCP config in and trying it.
