Because upgrading to something more current has a few advantages.
Not just updates, but being able to install your own RPMs at
kickstart time too.
I must have missed something, since the anaconda published in the
RHEL5 source dir on ftp.redhat.com is incapable of doing completely
updated installs.
Add a "repo" entry into your kickstart and it works.
You can import/copy media from a DVD to use as your tree for RHEL5.
