i can't find any documentation about it but python kickstart parser in
revisor complain about it that %end missing and this kickstart file will
be depricated.

After any %pre/%post/%traceback scripts and after %packages.

It's not yet required that you have them, and most likely won't be
required until after RHEL6 so you have plenty of time to move to adding
%end.

Does %end break any older distros if they are sharing common kickstart templates?
