I think it's a syntax snafu.  The sysadmin guide at 
http://www.redhat.com/docs/manuals/enterprise/RHEL-4-Manual/sysadmin-guide/s
1-kickstart2-options.html
shows that where you had:
raid /s01 --fstype ext3 --level 1 --device md6 raid.11 raid.12
you want:
raid /s01 --fstype ext3 --level=1 --device=md6 raid.11 raid.12
