Mkisofs does not copy the subdirectories

Hello

I want to create a .iso, I do

[root@testrh cdrom]# pwd

[root@testrh cdrom]# mkisofs -o /tmp/file.iso -b isolinux.bin -c boot.cat -no-emul-boot  -boot-info-table -R -J -v -T /tmp/cdrom/isolinux/

But after burning, I see on the CD not a single directory
