Nope.  There was the old style window which I inherited when I took over
the package and that didn't allow package-level selection.  Then when I
rewrote that screen to use pirut, I did some work on allowing it.
However, there were a lot of problems with the UI flow and it
remembering things it shouldn't so I temporarily disabled package-level
selection until I could figure it all out.  Guess I should go back and
investigate.
