If the system is already running Linux, the easiest thing is to simply copy the kernel and initrd from the boot.iso (or disk 1 if you don't want to load stage 2 over the network) to /boot, add it to grub, and boot into it. Otherwise, you can use a CD, pxeboot, or a USB flash drive if your system will boot from USB.
