Hi Joe,
I suppose you mean ejecting it manually after it has started the
installation. I suppose that would be one way of doing it, but the best
thing would be if you could make it eject it automatically.
Can you not somehow tell the installation to eject the CD or something like
that?

You can eject the CD right after it connects to the NFS drive (i.e.
right when it says that it's starting anaconda).
