(Alt+F2, F3 etc.) If anaconda is still behaving strangely w.r.t. package ordering, try section 9 of: http://rau.homedns.org/twiki/bin/view/Anaconda/CustomizingAnaconda (you can ignore the rest of that page, as you're not rebuilding anaconda as a whole.)
