Kickstart without DHCP server

Hey everyone. Is there a way to do kickstart if I don't have a dhcp
server on the network?

I heard booting this may work, but it doesn't for me (from the boot
prompt of the cd):

linux ks=nfs:192.168.11.4:/kickstart/kick.cfg ksdevice=eth0
ip=192.168.11.5 netmask=255.255.255.0 gateway=192.168.11.1

Doesn't work, I was wondering if anyone else has any info to help me out.
