By typing this - you are not using your custom line in isolinux.cfg. You are actually using the default label 'linux' in the isolinux.cfg file and then manually appending 'ks=cdrom:/ks.cfg'.

If you want to use your customised line in isolinux.cfg - just type your custom label name - eg. 'ks'
