I'm sorry about that - it is the install for ESv.3.  I have pointed the
installer to disk1/images/pxeboot/vmlinuz and initrd.

So - I believe that I am using the correct pxeboot initrd.img file.  Should
I need to create the file tree, or can I use the iso's?  I think that may be
where the problem lies?
