I doubt anyone can help you given the info you provided. When it fails 
what is showing in the logs?? Hint: do <ctrl><alt><f3> and see what is there.
>From there you might want to look at f4 and see if that shows anything useful.

Are you using cd's? If so did you burn the cd's? If so did they pass the media check??
