Which version of Windows are you talking about? Starting Win2000 M$ provides
tools to do such custom/pre selection installs

Yes, although this is the second time of asking and I've still not come
up with the goods I promised :(

Another poster has got some sort of imaging program (Ghost?) running in
Kickstart, but I'm aiming for a more complete installer, i.e. actually
customising and installing Windows from scratch.
