Sure:

util3:~> grep 'model name' /proc/cpuinfo
model name : Intel(R) Xeon(TM) CPU 2.60GHz
model name : Intel(R) Xeon(TM) CPU 2.60GHz
model name : Intel(R) Xeon(TM) CPU 2.60GHz
model name : Intel(R) Xeon(TM) CPU 2.60GHz

util3:~> grep MemTotal /proc/meminfo
MemTotal: 6199364 kB

This machine didn't even cost a lot of money to build. Unfortunately
I can't reboot it at the moment, but Anaconda does know to install the
bigmem kernel without being told so it certainly knows some way to
determine that there's a huge amount of RAM.
