creating kernel-BOOT rpm from vanilia kernel

	Hello!,

I need to build new kernel RPMs from the 24.22 vanilia kernel.
I saw there is a 'make rpm' comand in the vanilia tarball, but it doesn't 
build the kernel-BOOT rpm, that is needed to kickstart.

Can you explain the specifics of kernel-BOOT rpms, and how to build one from 
kernel.org kernel tarballs ?
