/Redhat/RedHat/base
/Redhat/RedHat/RPMS

The installer expects whatever directory you give it to contain a directory
called RedHat, so if your /Redhat directory contains the RPM and base
directories, you need to do this:

% cd /Redhat
% mkdir RedHat
% mv RPMS base RedHat
