I recreated comps.xml. Did I need to create comps.rpm as well?

That's added already.

I've run Seth Vidals updated depchecktree42.py which comes back with

All dependencies resolved and no conflicts detected

which is what I expected. As I said in my first message, nfs installs
work just fine. It's only pkgorder that complains.
