With a RedHat 7.1 installation, the floppy can be removed as soon as the
blue screen appears.

At what point after the anaconda installation starts is it safe to eject
the floppy? Is the entire file parsed, including %post on boot such that
ejecting the floppy is OK once the build has started? It is a network
kickstart installation using NFS for the build.
