Kickstart HOWTO for Adding Drivers & Upgrading the Kernel

I put together a little summary for adding device drivers to bootnet.img,
and for upgrading the kernel on bootnet.img. When I upgraded the 
boot kernel on bootnet.img, I also had to upgrade the modules on 
stage2.img.

Here is how I did it for IBM's xSeries server 345 :
