I think I would insert the cable into the NIC that is going to be recognised as eth0 for the duration of the install, and fix the configuration in the %post section of your ks file. If you are going to do a lot, you might be able to do something at the subnet level. You can also exercise some control by having modules only for the NIC you want to use for the install in your initrd, but AFAIK if you have two NICs that use the same driver then your hands are tied. -- Please, reply only to the list.
