a kickstart "server" requires a machine that can be any of the
following:

a. http server (apache, boa, iis, etc)
b. ftp server (wu-ftpd, iis, vsftpd, pro-ftpd, etc)
c. nfs server (fill in the blank here)

so, the answer is yes.
