wow, I also liked the draft 8.0 doc mentioned in the howto.

One question, is there a way to positively control the order of installed (added) rpms we add to vanilla redhat ?  The thing I'm missing I guess is that the howto tells you to run pkgorder, but where does its output go and what does that do ?

Can I manipulate the output of pkgorder to add an rpm name to the end of that file, and run a command to make that altered order what anaconda will use ?  I'm looking to be able to have a rpm that always installs last to indicate "done".

Here is a document that describes how to build custom 
install CDs for Redhat up thru 7.3.  Updates are pending 
to cover 8.0.  Thanks to Tony Nugent for the info:

This ought to give you at least a good roadmap for 
what you need to do.
