topher - I don't know that answer off the top of my head, but I can tell you that if you set the switch port to auto-negotiate, you shouldn't have this problem. Auto-negotiation invaribly defaults to half-duplex if autonegotiation is not enabled on both ends. - mark topher wrote: > Before you ask, I do know how to configure the eepro100 module to run in full duplex mode on a running system -- > > HOWEVER -- > > the netboot image is negotiating incorrectly (half-duplex) and since the switch port is set to full-duplex the FTP installation is taking an AMAZINGLY long time... > > just wondering if anyone had a soluton as to how to configure the eepro100 module to 100Mb full-duplex off of the boot disk. > > toph > > -- > Obviously, you are incapable of assimilating the extent of my genius. > > PGP Key fingerprint = 078E F3BA CA0E 0790 9992 68F8 31E7 B967 5AB3 AC11 > > _______________________________________________ > Kickstart-list mailing list > Kickstart-list@xxxxxxxxxx > https://listman.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/kickstart-list
