I boot from floppy, get the ks file by http. Surely that works.

FWIW I've given up NFS installs, it's too much trouble navigating my
firewalls with NFS. I use http for the whole install. I have in mind
that analysis of the webserver log should be used to order files on CD
to speed CD installs. I think the current ordering is fairly random.
