Yea, dang shame it's wrong too.  That was the first thing I tried.
Then I read the kickstart text file in /usr/share/docs that
suggested not using anything.

The correct answer, as I found digging a few months back in
the archive (after getting some caffeine), is ksdevice=eth0
in the syslinux.cfg (or pxelinux boot file) file.
