Greetings again!

I'm trying to use kickstart to automate and remote install my
cluster (duh). Once the install process starts up, it loads
the ethernet driver module (tg3) and probes DHCP. Well, it
initially (correctly) sets the port speed to 100/Full for the
DHCP probe, but then it claims "Link down" and comes back as
either 100/Half (not too bad) but most of them come back
as 10/Half (ouch!).

I'm connecting these nodes to a Cisco 3548XL 10/100 switch.
The ports are configured "spanning-tree portfast". Also,
I've tried with full auto-negotiation, only speed auto, only
duplex auto, and forced 100/Full. If I set it to anything
other than full auto, the install process never finds the
ks.cfg file (network timeout). In full auto, my speed is
un-acceptable but it works.

a) is this the right list? If not, then where?
b) is there a way to specify the module parameters to the
installer so that when it loads the module, the correct
speed and duplex come up (and stay up).
c) is there yet another Cisco port config option that I
haven't set correctly (not a CCNA, sorry)
d) anyone have some ibuprofen?

Thanks in advance,
-Tim
