I'm a little behind in my reading, but if what you want is the regular
RH 7.3 drvnet.img e1000 driver moved over to the bootnet.img, with later
pci id's and all that stuff patched in, I have one I can put up on ftp.

I needed it for a batch of Dell GX260's.
Note: this is the SAME driver - just the pci-ids have been updated. My
boot-fu isn't yet strong enough to build a full boot kernel.
