I would not utilize the --ondisk parameter for the compaq systems, it
will cause you much heartache in the end. Also, do not overwrite the mbr
for the smartarray as it will then disable your hardware mirroring and
you will have to re-install smartstart.(learning these lessons the most
difficult way possible)
