To Ricky oh, thats fine... can you post your comps list? I'm think like Ron, the Base install have to much unneeded pakets. The same problem exist for 'Kernel Development'. You need for 'make menuconfig' only: - binutils - cpp - gcc - glibc-devel - glibc-kernheaders - kernel-source - make - ncurses-devel Please Red Hat make smaller selection of package groups.
