Request for feature/information: Package deselect

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

Hello,

Sun Solaris Jumpstart features the ability to select a package cluster and then deselect individual packages. For example I could tell Jumpstart to install the developer cluster, but do not install Xemacs. Is there a similar feature in Red Hat Kickstart.

As a work around I edit /RedHat/base/comps to remove packages that I want to deselect. However, it would be much more useful if I could do this via ks.cfg.

	Please advise.

				Regards,
