Re: Xconfigurator --kickstart

I hate to say it, but I wish it still did use "Xconfigurator". There is considerable inconsistancy and duplication of code between kickstart and Xconfigurator. For instance we have a monitor that will be detected correctly under Xconfigurator but not under kickstart.

It seems frankly a little silly to me to duplicate the code and "reinvent the wheel". I wouldn't mind so much if it was at least consistent.

This is how old versions of Red Hat used to kickstart the X configuration. I
don't think anything uses it anymore.
