if your redhat image tree look something like that:
/kickstart/rehat-7.3/
/kickstart/redhat-7.3/RedHat/RPMS
/kickstart/rehat-7.3/RedHat/base
Depend how you call your redhat image. The genhdlist should run like that:
/usr/lib/anaconda-runtime/genhdlist --withnumbers /kickstart/redhat-7.3
