how to override the 'cleverness' of anaconda in 7.1

if i have a box with two disks, so anaconda in 7.1 is being very nice and
distributing my partitions across both of these disks. Except that i
don't want it to do this. Now if i could be asured that every box had the
same number of disks and that they would be the same type (scsi vs ide vs
hardware raid) this would be easy, use the --ondisk <disk> option. But i
have a variety of machines to build, and they do not have the same named
disks.

I want it to behave like 6.1/6.2 where it just put everything on the first
disk and that was that.

Any thoughs? (beyond hacking the source which is what i'm about to do) I
am not aware of having very much flexibility at this stage in the
kickstart.

matthew.
