Hi ! I have a problem getting kickstart to work with dualboot NT/Redhat-7.1. First I create hda1 and hda2 using Redhat BootCD (linux rescue) to reserve space for NT. I have tried to create partitions in NT, but anaconda complains about partitions not being on boundary. I install NT4 first, with C: to be converted to NTFS, this works fine. Then I install Redhat-7.1 using kickstart. I can get Redhat up and running without problem, but NT gives BSOD, see output below. Any ideas ? Machine is a Dell Precision 330 with 1.5 Ghz P4 and 256 Mbyte mem. Kickstart install of only Redhat-7.1 is ok. # extract from ks.cfg clearpart --linux part /boot --size 20 part / --size 3072 part swap --size 512 part /var --size 512 part /tmp --size 2048 lilo --location partition # output from fdisk -l /dev/hda after Redhat install Disk /dev/hda: 255 heads, 63 sectors, 2434 cylinders Units = cylinders of 16065 * 512 bytes Device Boot Start End Blocks Id System /dev/hda1 * 1 261 2096451 7 HPFS/NTFS /dev/hda2 262 781 4176901 6 FAT16 /dev/hda3 782 784 24097+ 83 Linux /dev/hda4 785 2434 13253625 5 Extended /dev/hda5 785 1176 3148708+ 83 Linux /dev/hda6 1177 1438 2104483+ 83 Linux /dev/hda7 1439 1504 5301133+ 83 Linux /dev/hda8 1505 1570 5301133+ 83 Linux #Output from Windows NT4 when attempting to boot 1 System Processor [256 MB Memory] *** STOP: 0x0000007B (0xF4413BD8, 0xC0000034, 0x00000000, 0x00000000) INACCESIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE CPUID:GenuineIntel 7.0.a irql:0 SYSVER 0xf0000565 Dll Base DateStmp - Name Dll Base DateStmp - Name 80100000 3202c07e - ntoskrnl.exe 80010000 31ee6c52 - hal.dll 80001000 31ed06b4 - atapi.sys 80006000 31ee6c74 - SCSIPORT.SYS 8024b000 31ed237c - Disk.sys 8024f000 31ee6c7a - CLASS2.SYS 80253000 31eed0a7 - Ntfs.sys Address dWord dump Build [1381] - Name f4413aec 8014a310 8014a310 00000000 00010000 006e006f 00000000 - ntoskrnl.exe ....
