You'll also want to make sure that you use a 7.2 boot.img.  I originally 
took my 7.1 boot floppy and just tweaked the config, and it did not work, 
and it died with this same error.  As noted from others too, you have to 
put the ks.cfg in the initrd.img in order to load it from the cdrom cause 
the cdrom:/ install doesn't work without the modified loader.
