have you specified a static I.P. in the ks<name>.cfg, also is the
ks<name>.cfg on a floppy or on the nfs server, p.s. if you put it on the nfs
server you can really go to town, but i have a feeling that's dhcp
territory.

always done it using dhcp, looks like forest confirms this to.

Subject: 7.1 nfs install requires DHCP?

Hi,

I have been able to install 7.2 by nfs but, darn it, 7.1 is looking for a
dhcp server. What's going on?
