Your signature says "IBM/NASA". Are you seeing this on an IBM x-server? All of them, or some of them? Does the install complete successfully except for this error? Have you done any modifications to anaconda itself? I am too, with kickstart with RH 7.1, on one of our IBM x-server boxes. In about an hour, when I get access to the box again, I can tell you which model and more details.
