Is there a patch for kickstart booting from floppy?

I use standard ks.cfg and syslinux.cfg format following the article "RedHat
Linux KickStart HOWTO" written by Martin Hamilton. I used the boot disk to
kickstart Dell workstations and Toshiba Tecra 8000 and 8100 laptops without
any problem.

I just received a batch of Compaq iPAQ desktops with USB keyboard, mouse and
floppy, and when I tried to use the same boot disk to kickstart Linux, I
started to run into this "Error opening: kickstart file /tmp/ks.cfg: No such
file or directory" message.

Here is what I have in syslinux.cfg:

default ks
prompt 0

label ks
   kernel vmlinuz
   append ks=floppy initrd=initrd.img

my ks.cfg file is on / of floppy disk with syslinux.cfg, vmlinuz,
initrd.img, and ldlinux.sys all on the same directory.
