because I make heavy use of many of the programs that I install on the
system once in postinstall; it's much easier to mount the cdrom in the
chrooted environment and make use of the installed binaries as you
normally would, rather than finding them at /mnt/sysimage/*; updfstab
makes for a much more elegant solution.
