kickstarting

Hi can some please tell me how to kickstart off a floppy? currently as i have set it up, kickstart will start but when asked where to install from (Red hat cd) it fails to read the cd. any suggestions? I know my cdrom driver is working properly. I need help ASAP. thank you.
