Following up on my eariler question

> Here is the line I used in the
> %pre section:
> /usr/sbin/sfdisk -d /tmp/sda | sfdisk /tmp/sdb

I've also added before the above line
/usr/bin/mknod /tmp/sda b 8 0
/usr/bin/mknod /tmp/sdb b 8 16

and get errors on tty3 that "bad minor # 0" "bad minor # 16"

then it goes on to say that sfdisk cannot find /tmp/sdb or read from
/tmp/sdb .

I've also tried creating the devices w/o the major/minor numbers and
also in the /dev dir , but still no go.

How do others create pre-made partitions in %pre section?

TIA

Steve

Also, if it helps any,
I do notice that as soon as anaconda gives me a shell on tty2, in /tmp
there is no listings for any sd devices intially, but they get made
after Raid devices are made by anaconda.
